Milestones & Date/Time Options

Added a calendar overview to the milestone listing page to help visualize progress and upcoming milestones
Added a preference for displaying weeks starting with either Sunday or Monday
Added a preference for displaying time in either 12-hour or 24-hour format

Fixes & Minor Enhancements

Fixed a bug that left the “Create Project” button on screen when accounts were over the project limit
Improved the blank slate state for new projects to help you get started faster
Improved spacing around attachments in issue comments
Fixed a bug that prevented administrators from being able to resend welcome emails under certain conditions (Thanks, Russ G.)
