Enhancements
- You can now mention team members in comments and issue descriptions, and we’ll send them a notification
- You can now include markup in comments, and Sifter will escape it instead of stripping it entirely.
- Added tab indexes to issue detail comment form to make it easier to quickly add a comment on long pages

- Fixed comments so that long unbroken words don’t flow out of the comments column
