Enhancements
- Made sort options smarter. ex. If all but open issues are filtered out, sorting by status is no longer offered as a sort option because the statuses are the same for all issues displayed
- Linked and anchored comment counts on issue listing page to issue detail page comments
- Adjusted colors/styling of issue subjects to increase contrast for color-blindness
