Bounce Handling
- Added dashboard notifications that appear whenever Sifter notifications or emails are were rejected due to content filtering.
- Added additional error messaging to the user profile page around emails that were rejected due to content filtering.
- Added the ability to clear notifications about emails that were blocked due to content filtering.
Other
- Improved our date line parsing in email receiving so that less cruft gets through and appears in comments sent via email
- Updated our HTML filtering that was being over-aggressive in rejecting some comments sent via email and delivering error reports to the sender.
