Organization
Sifter exists to help teams collaborate on projects and keep track of everything that needs to get done, but the software is only part of the solution.

Dashboard Summary of All Projects
Figure 2 With Sifter, you never have to worry about whether you have too many user accounts.
Staying on top of several projects can be a daunting task, so Sifter has a simple dashboard (Figure 1) that gives you a quick overview of both the current status of each project as well as the recent activity. If a project doesn't have any active issues, it will automatically collapse it and move out of the way so you can focus on the projects that need your attention.
Unlimited Companies & Users
Every account offers unlimited companies and users (Figure 2) so you can get everyone involved. You don't have to worry about whether you'll hit a limit and have to pay for more user accounts. The more, the merrier. That's what we think.
Custom Categories
In general, Sifter doesn't provide many options for customization. We've spent a lot of time thinking about the process of tracking bugs and issues so you don't have to.
However, we've provided some flexibility in the form of custom categories (Figure 3) for every project. The categories provide a way to group similar issues so you can easily view a list of potentially related issues.
Figure 3 Custom categories are a simple way to organize issues and help you stay on top of your projects.
In addition to creating custom categories, you can also setup default assignees for each category. For instance, say John is responsible for all of the copywriting. The person entering the bug may not know that it should be assigned to John, but they do know it's a copywriting issue. So, they select the copywriting category, and Sifter will automatically assign the issue to John.
